US warehousing for international businesses entering the American market

Expanding into the United States? You don't need your own US warehouse. Ship your inventory to Konsey Logistics in New Jersey and we'll receive, store and deliver it to your US customers, Amazon and retail partners.

Short answerInternational companies can store inventory in the US by importing goods through a freight forwarder and customs broker and delivering them to a US third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse. The 3PL then receives, stores and ships orders to US customers, marketplaces and retailers.

Your US market entry, step by step

Plan your first shipment

Decide which SKUs and quantities to send, and how goods will be sold in the US (DTC, Amazon, wholesale).

Line up import partners

Your freight forwarder books transport; a licensed customs broker files entry and duties; your company acts as importer of record.

Ship to our warehouse

Goods are delivered to Cinnaminson, NJ. We receive, count, inspect and store them.

Sell and ship in the US

We fulfill orders, prep Amazon shipments and handle US returns.

Clear responsibilities

What we do — and what your other partners do

Bringing goods into the US involves several specialists. Konsey Logistics is the US warehouse and fulfillment partner. We don't present ourselves as a customs broker or freight forwarder.

Preparing your first US shipment

  • Label every carton with SKU, quantity and carton number (e.g. 3 of 40).
  • Send an advance shipping notice listing SKUs, quantities, cartons and pallets.
  • Check US labeling rules for your product category (country of origin marking and any category-specific labeling).
  • Confirm duties and import rules with your customs broker — trade rules and duty thresholds have changed in recent years.
  • Use standard pallets (48×40 in) where possible, or ship floor-loaded and we can palletize.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a US company to use your warehouse?

Not necessarily. Many foreign companies import as a non-resident importer through a licensed US customs broker. Your broker can confirm the right setup for your business.

Can you act as importer of record?

No. Konsey Logistics does not act as importer of record and does not provide customs brokerage. We receive and handle goods once cleared.

Which countries do your customers come from?

Our services are open to businesses from any country that legally import goods into the US. We communicate in English by email and phone.

Can you help with Amazon US if I'm based abroad?

Yes. We prep, label and ship inventory to Amazon US fulfillment centers. See FBA prep for international sellers.
