What is a 3PL?
A third-party logistics provider (3PL) is a company that stores inventory and handles logistics tasks — receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping and returns — on behalf of other businesses.
Where is Konsey Logistics located?
Our only warehouse is at 1704 Taylors Ln, Ste 1, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077, USA — in Burlington County, near Philadelphia.
Can businesses outside the US use your services?
Yes. International companies ship inventory to our New Jersey warehouse after customs clearance, and we store it, prep it and fulfill their US orders.
Do you provide customs brokerage or freight forwarding?
No. We work alongside your licensed customs broker and freight forwarder, and receive goods once they arrive at our warehouse.
Which carriers do you use?
FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL. We choose based on package size, weight and destination.
Where can you ship orders?
Across the United States and to Canada.
Do you offer Amazon FBA prep?
Yes — FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bundling, carton and pallet prep, and shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers. Amazon ended its own US prep service on January 1, 2026.
Do you handle FBM orders?
Yes. We fulfill merchant-fulfilled Amazon orders and orders from other channels from the same inventory.
Do you accept hazardous materials?
Hazardous materials may be accepted subject to product review, classification, applicable regulations, and facility handling capabilities. Please contact us to confirm eligibility.
Which sales channels do you support?
We fulfill orders for sellers on Amazon, eBay, Shopify and Walmart. Konsey Logistics is an independent provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.
Do you offer white-label fulfillment?
Yes. We provide white-label fulfillment: we prepare, package and fulfill orders on your behalf under your own brand requirements (your packaging, inserts and packing instructions, with no Konsey branding on customer shipments), subject to the agreed scope of service.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No.
Do you publish fixed prices?
