Frequently asked questions
Can a company outside the US use a US fulfillment center?
Yes. You import your goods into the US through your freight forwarder and customs broker, they are delivered to our New Jersey warehouse, and we store them and fulfill your US orders.
Do you have warehouses in other states?
No. Konsey Logistics operates one warehouse, in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, and ships nationwide from there.
Can you ship to Canada?
Yes. We ship parcels to Canada with FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL. Duties and import rules for Canadian deliveries depend on the product and shipping method.
Do you provide customs clearance?
No. Customs clearance is handled by a licensed customs broker. We receive goods after clearance.
