Amazon FBA prep services

Amazon stopped offering its own prep and item-labeling service in the US on January 1, 2026. Our New Jersey prep center gets your inventory compliant — labeled, bagged, bundled and packed — before it ships to Amazon.

Short answerAn FBA prep center receives a seller's inventory, prepares it to Amazon's requirements (FNSKU labels, poly bags, bundling, carton labels and box content) and ships it to Amazon fulfillment centers. Konsey Logistics is an independent FBA prep provider in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, serving US and international Amazon sellers.

Why FBA prep matters more after 2026

Effective January 1, 2026, Amazon discontinued its FBA prep and item-labeling services for inventory sent to US fulfillment centers. Sellers must now send inventory that is already prepped and labeled — or use a third-party prep provider. Amazon has said that unprepped inventory may not be eligible for reimbursement if it is damaged or untraceable. Read our FBA prep requirements guide for details.

What our prep team does

We receive your shipment from your supplier or freight forwarder, check counts, and prepare each unit to Amazon's packaging and labeling requirements: FNSKU labeling (or relabeling over manufacturer barcodes), poly bagging with suffocation warnings where required, bubble wrap for fragile items, bundling and set creation, and expiration-date labeling where applicable. Then we pack cartons, apply carton and pallet labels and ship to the Amazon fulfillment centers assigned in your shipment plan.

Our facility sits in New Jersey, within the dense cluster of Amazon fulfillment infrastructure in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Many sellers also keep reserve stock with us and send smaller, prepped replenishments to Amazon to manage inventory limits and storage fees.

Important: Konsey Logistics is an independent third-party service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon's requirements change; we follow the current guidance in Seller Central for every shipment.

Where is your FBA prep center?

Our prep center is in Cinnaminson, New Jersey (Burlington County), near Philadelphia. Sellers anywhere in the US or abroad can send inventory to us.

Can you remove or cover manufacturer barcodes?
