Pallet calculator: how many pallets do I need?

How it works: we test both carton orientations on a 48×40 in pallet, stack layers up to your height limit (allowing ~5 in for the pallet) and cap weight at about 2,000 lb per pallet. Real pallet counts depend on carton strength, overhang rules and stacking — treat this as a planning estimate.
